Exfoliate

• Removing the dead skin from your hands on a regular basis will decrease any "roughness" you might have and also promote a healthy skin glow. There are many products that are made specifically for the hands, but you can also use a paste made from lemon juice and sugar to massage your hands.

• We all try to keep the dryness away by using moisturizers, but not all moisturizers seem to be made equal. For persistent dryness it would be best to use a hand cream (not lotion), and apply it right after a shower or bath for it to be absorbed better.
